The Annual day function, "Chinmaya Sayahnnam" of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Vaduthala was celebrated with unprecedented fervour and vigour on 23rd January 2019 at The Fine Arts Hall, Ernakulam. Shri A P M Mohammed Hanish, IAS (Managing Director, Kochi Metro Rail Ltd) was the Chief Guest of the day. While addressing the audience he mentioned the role of students equally in academics and extra curricular activities which will mould them into capable citizens in the country. He also congratulated the efforts of the entire Chinmaya fraternity in putting up the spectacular show. Vice Principal Ms. Mini K welcomed the gathering. Principal Ms. Prathiba V presented the Annual report which included various activities organised and conducted by the school. Shri A Gopalakrishnan, the Chief Sevak, CMECT - GC also addressed the gathering. Prizes were given away to the toppers and other students who has brought laurels to the school in various competitions and contest. Students showcased their talents through various cultural events like dance, music and play. The highlight of the programme was The Jungle Book put up by the students of Std 1 and 2,The Head girl, Krishnaja S Pai proposed the vote of thanks. The function ended by 8 pm.
