The Diya ceremony was held on 21-02-2019 in connection with the auspicious Vidya Gopala mantra Pooja solemnised by Swamy Sharadananda, the Chief Acharya of CIF, for the 2018/19 batch of STD XII students. Lighted diyas representing knowledge were passed on to the students from the lamp lit by Swamiji signifying that the quest for knowledge should instil a sense of eternal love for learning and the need for passing on the same to the posterity. Swamiji gave a benedictory speech stressing on the need for maintaining positive outlook, courage and diligence, that ensures success not only in exams but also in the tests of life. The hall tickets were distributed after the Pooja. Prasad was distributed after the Arathi.
